Chocolate Delight

I thought I would post a recipe for Friday.  You can try it at your house this weekend, if you are in the mood for a yummy dessert.  This dessert is one of my sister's favorites.  We have it for every special occassion at my grandmother's house.

1 1/2 c. plain flour
1 1/2 sticks margarine, melted
3/4 c. nuts (pecans)
1/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 large Cool Whip (12 oz. or larger)
8 oz. cream cheese
2 pkgs. chocolate instant pudding
3/4 c. sugar
3 c. milk

Crust: Mix flour, margarine, nuts, and 1/4 c. sugar. Pour into 9x13 pan.  Bake 30 minutes at 300 degrees.

Mix powdered sugar, 1/2 of Cool Whip, and cream cheese.  Beat together and pour into cold crust.  Mix instant pudding, sugar, and milk.  Pour over cheese mixture.  Cover with the remaining Cool Whip.  Refrigerate.
