Miss California

Have you heard about Miss California? Miss California, Carrie Prejean, was competing for Miss USA and was asked a gay marriage question by gay gossip "queen" Perez Hilton. She stated that it was her belief that marriage is between a man and a woman. What happened after that? Lots of controversy and oh, she lost the pageant. She then went on the NBC morning show with Matt Lauer and basically said that this is what the Bible teaches, and she believes it. She knows she lost the pageant because of this answer, and still says that she wouldn't change a thing about her answer. All I can say is, "You go girl!" Way to stand up for what the Bible says and for what you know is biblically correct. And has she been persecuted for this? Well, she's been dragged through the mud for this politically uncorrect answer, she lost the pageant, and probably a lot of money and lucrative contracts, prices, etc. But it will be worth it in the end, the very end.
